EasyBuy (EB) faced growing challenges around providing customers with convenient, secure access to their account information and services. Customers frequently contacted support for copies of loan documents, repayment details, and product information—creating unnecessary delays and pressure on staff.
There was no centralised place for customers to manage their agreements, view product offerings, or make payments, which impacted both customer experience and operational efficiency.
To address these issues, we developed a dedicated Customer Portal Dashboard for EB, designed to give each customer a personalised and secure experience. Our development team created a bolt-on solution that integrated seamlessly with EB’s existing software infrastructure, avoiding the need for a complete system overhaul.
This portal allows EB staff to send customers a unique access link, enabling them to view all relevant loan documentation, monitor repayments, browse the full EasyBuy product catalogue, and securely make payments via a text-to-pay link using Pay by Bank and other options.
The launch of the customer portal transformed how EasyBuy interacts with its customer base. Customers now have 24/7 access to their financial information and services, reducing the need for manual support requests and empowering them with more control over their accounts.
The system has improved efficiency across the board, cut down on administrative tasks, and enhanced customer satisfaction by offering a fast, frictionless self-service experience.
