To begin the journey, applicants are guided through the “Apply Here” chatbot, which asks a series of tailored questions. These questions are set by the lender, ensuring the process aligns precisely with their criteria and lending policies.
The application journey is designed with the user in mind — combining a clean layout with a straightforward series of multiple-choice questions and short text inputs. This intuitive mix helps applicants provide accurate information quickly, without feeling overwhelmed.
At the end of the process, users are prompted to securely upload any required documents before submitting their application. The result is a smooth, accessible experience that works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.
Customers complete mobile verification via SMS before uploading documents. Each file is virus-scanned and assessed by an AI credit controller, with rules defined by the lender. Approved or declined leads are displayed in a clean backend spreadsheet, with one-click actions to notify or assign them.
This streamlined process has allowed Handy Cash to scale efficiently, manage high application volumes, and reduce admin overhead by automating repetitive tasks.
